Privacy

We do not collect anything.

This is short because there is very little to say. Last updated 9 August 2026.

No accounts, no tracking

There is no sign-up. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising scripts, no social media pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind on this website. Nothing follows you here and nothing follows you away.

We do not know who you are, we do not build a profile of you, and there is no "manage your preferences" banner because there is nothing to manage.

What the server sees

Like every web server, ours receives the ordinary information a browser sends in order to deliver a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. This is used to serve the site and to spot abuse. These logs are kept briefly and are not used to identify you or combined with anything else.

Your location

This website never asks for your location. City pages are ordinary pages about a named place — nothing is read from your device to produce them.

When you send us something

The contact form and the notify-me form are handled by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit one, the details you typed — and your IP address, which Formspree records for spam filtering — are processed by them and forwarded to us by email.

We keep those emails so we can reply. We do not add you to any list you did not ask for, and we do not pass your address to anyone.

The app

The Smaze iPhone app has not shipped. When it does, it is designed with no account, no analytics and no ad SDKs, and any location it uses stays on your device. Its privacy terms will be published here before it is released, and this page will say what changed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
